Magnetic and morphological properties of Ca substituted M-type hexaferrite powders synthesized by the molten salt method

چکیده
The doping element and morphology are important factors for improving the magnetic properties of M-type hexaferrite powder. As demand electromagnetic absorber sensors increases in market, it is required to develop powder with a homogenous shape excellent properties. In this study, Ca substituted strontium powders were synthesized by molten salt method under various calcination conditions. successfully controlled according content result, single-crystalline Sr0.90Ca0.10Fe12O19 an average thickness 0.4 µm obtained calcining at 950 °C 1 h. had saturation 74.9 emu/g coercivity 3397 Oe.
